1.2 — Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) cash88 account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cash88 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated across duplicate accounts.

You must not share your login details with any third party. cash88 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

1.3 — Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using a cash88 account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, or agents of cash88, or their immediate family members.
• Persons who are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on the cash88 Platform.
• Any person where participation in online gambling would constitute a violation of applicable law in their jurisdiction.

2.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

cash88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All transactions are processed in BDT. cash88 does not charge conversion fees on BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges — you are responsible for reviewing those fees independently.

2.2 — Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your cash88 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. cash88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks or mobile banking downtime.

Funds deposited into your cash88 account are held in your player wallet and may be used to place bets, participate in casino games, or claim eligible bon uses. Deposits are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

2.3 — Withdrawals

You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, or evidence of the source of funds before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your withdrawal request or closure of your account.

3.1 — General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cash88 are subject to these Terms and any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that specific market.

The settlement of sports bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic cricket, or the ICC for international tournaments. 3.3 — Casino Games

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cash88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. cash88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to third-party payment services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit cash88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

7.1 — How to Submit a Complaint

8.3 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
